Mindfulness

a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the self-regulation of attention with an attitude of curiosity, openness, and acceptance. It is the practice of being in the present moment and noticing one’s thoughts, emotions, mood and sensations, with a non-judgemental and compassionate attitude. Mindfulness may be practiced formally or informally through various techniques. We believe Mindfulness is a form of self care, self healing, self justice, and self love.
